Fennec foxes need a large, escape-proof enclosure — at minimum 4×4 feet, though bigger is always better. They are expert diggers, so secure the bottom with solid flooring or a dig-proof barrier. Provide hiding spots, tunnels, and climbing structures. Ambient temperature should stay between 68–80°F.

Diet & Nutrition

A balanced diet includes high-quality exotic canine kibble, supplemented with insects (mealworms, crickets), fresh fruits, and vegetables. Avoid grapes, raisins, onions, and chocolate. Fresh water must always be available. Feed adults twice daily.

Fennec foxes are highly social and do best with daily interaction. They love to play, explore, and dig. Rotate toys regularly and provide foraging opportunities. They can be litter trained with patience. Avoid leaving them alone for extended periods.

Skin Care

Without fur to absorb body oils, Sphynx cats need weekly baths with a gentle, cat-safe shampoo. Their skin can become greasy and attract dirt. Pay special attention to skin folds, ears, and between the toes. Use warm water and dry thoroughly after each bath.

Temperature & Environment

Sphynx cats cannot regulate body temperature as efficiently as furred cats. Keep your home between 68–80°F and provide warm blankets, cat beds, and heated perches. They should never be left outdoors unsupervised and are strictly indoor cats.

Feed a high-protein, high-quality cat food — wet food is preferred to support hydration. Sphynx cats have fast metabolisms and may need more calories than average cats. Avoid fillers, artificial additives, and grain-heavy foods. Fresh water always available.

Marmosets need a very large, tall enclosure — at minimum 6×6×6 feet — with branches, ropes, and platforms for climbing. They are arboreal and spend most of their time off the ground. The enclosure must be escape-proof and easy to clean. Outdoor access in warm climates is beneficial.

Diet & Nutrition

A marmoset diet includes commercial primate biscuits, fresh fruits, vegetables, insects, and tree gum supplements. Vitamin D3 supplementation is critical — marmosets are prone to metabolic bone disease without adequate UV exposure or supplementation. Never feed processed human food.

Social Needs

Marmosets are colony animals and suffer psychologically when kept alone. They should be housed in pairs or small groups. They form deep bonds with their owners but require daily, multi-hour interaction. Isolation leads to stress, self-harm, and illness.

Wallabies need a large, securely fenced outdoor enclosure — at minimum 50×50 feet. Fencing must be at least 6 feet tall with an inward overhang to prevent jumping out. Provide shelter from rain and cold, a grassy area for grazing, and shade structures. They do not do well in small spaces.

Diet & Nutrition

The primary diet should be high-quality grass hay and fresh pasture. Supplement with wallaby or kangaroo pellets, leafy greens, and occasional fruits. Avoid high-starch foods, grains, and anything high in oxalates. Fresh water must always be available. Overfeeding leads to obesity and metabolic issues.

Handling & Socialization

Wallabies raised from joeys can become very tame and affectionate. They respond well to calm, consistent handling. Avoid sudden movements and loud noises — they startle easily. Daily gentle interaction builds trust over time. Adult wallabies that were not hand-raised may remain shy.
